Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
  • Perform quality check of leads and calls.
  • Passing on leads which are matching with client’s expectations.
  • Maintaining the quality of leads by following the parameters laid down.
Feedback Session
  • Taking feedback session for agents which can help them in improvement.
Reports
  • Collating & maintaining various reports.
  • Publishing reports on regular intervals highlighting campaign & agents quality parameters.
Job Requirements
  • 6 months experience of working with B2B industry as quality analyst
  • Should be skilled in Call monitoring, Data management & Quality monitoring
  • Advance knowledge of excel.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports using MS-excel formulas
  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Sound listening and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
